Love the friendliness of the clinic. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. One thing I do wish though is that prices for all the services are listed on the website for easy reference and planning etc. other than that, so happy that this is my puppy’s vet clinic.

I do not say this lightly but that was without a doubt the best veterinary experience I’ve had in the past 20 years. Paige is incredible, kind, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely has the best interest of your furr baby at heart. It was both refreshing and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Wish we did boas surgery sooner for our dog! Breathing has completely changed! Communication was great and amazing that our chosen date of operation could be accommodated.

I had my first visit with my new pup Pedro to your Surry Hills vet. Adam was so lovely and helpful and gave me lots of great advice and info. Pedro and I left very satisfied and happy and we’ll be back v soon! Thank you 😊

Lovely, caring people. When you take your fur baby to the vet, it’s a stressful experience for fur children and parents alike and the team at Southern Cross in Surry Hills just put you at ease – from the welcoming receptionist, to the vet who was so wonderful and thorough and reassuring – to the thoughtful follow-up text message the next to check on my pet – it all makes such a difference! Thank you so much!

The parents of our pets are given all the options and while they are guided by our role as ‘advocates’ of our patients, they aren’t pressured into one treatment option. Our Veterinarians practice with passion whether your visit is for a routine cat vaccination, for a major surgery, you’ve popped in for behavioural advice or x-rays.
