A severely injured camp dog named Mango was rescued by a Cairns family and received lifesaving treatment from Southern Cross Vets Northern Beaches. Dr Sam Kovac and his team, through Project HoPe, treated Mango’s broken pelvis and heartworm at no cost, praising his temperament. Mango has now joined the family permanently.
